  • Sicherstellung der Dienstleistung während der
  • Verantwortlich für alle Belange der Hotelgäste und Rezeption nach Schliessung der Restaurationen für das ganze
  • Late Check\-in / Early Check\-out der Gäste
  • Concièrge\-Tätigkeiten
  • Professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenanregungen im möglichen Rahmen
  • Bedienung der Telefonzentrale
  • Annahme von Reservatinen für alle Outlets

Be a \- Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen
  • Duchsetzungsstark, vertrauenswürdig und selbstständig
  • Gute MS Office und opera Kenntnisse
  • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch
