Nasza firma nieustannie się rozwija, dlatego poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Młodszego Specjalisty ds. Zakupów, która wesprze nasz zespół w realizacji procesów zakupowych, współpracy z dostawcami oraz zapewnieniu dostępności produktów. Jeśli masz doświadczenie w zakupach, zaopatrzeniu lub logistyce, potrafisz dobrze organizować swoją pracę i chcesz rozwijać umiejętności handlowe oraz negocjacyjne, dołącz do naszego zespołu!

  • Doświadczenie w obszarze zakupów, zaopatrzenia, logistyki lub obsługi zamówień
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia rozmów handlowych i budowania dobrych relacji biznesowych
  • Znajomość podstawowych procesów zakupowych oraz obiegu dokumentów handlowo-magazynowych
  • Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excela
  • Umiejętności organizacyjne, samodzielność oraz analityczne myślenie
  • Zaangażowanie, odpowiedzialność i nastawienie na realizację celów
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz skutecznej komunikacji
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, dokładność, samodzielność i analityczne myślenie

Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym komunikację biznesową
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemem ERP XL
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z dostawcami i negocjowaniu warunków handlowych
  • Koordynowanie i realizacja bieżących procesów zakupowych zgodnie z wewnętrznymi procedurami
  • Kontakt z dostawcami krajowymi i zagranicznymi, pozyskiwanie ofert oraz ustalanie warunków współpracy
  • Wsparcie w poszukiwaniu nowych dostawców i korzystniejszych rozwiązań zakupowych
  • Kontrola i monitorowanie realizacji zamówień, zapewnienie terminowości oraz odpowiedniej jakości dostaw
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie dobrych relacji biznesowych z dostawcami
  • Analiza i porównywanie ofert zakupowych oraz monitorowanie cen i dostępności produktów
  • Współpraca z działami logistyki, sprzedaży oraz magazynu w celu zapewnienia sprawnej realizacji zamówień
  • Prowadzenie dokumentacji zakupowej oraz przygotowywanie zestawień i raportów
  • Tworzenie i aktualizacja kartotek produktowych w systemie firmy
