Plaats in de organisatieAls Technieker Mechanica maak je deel uit van de technische dienst en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Teamleader Mechanica.

Je staat mee in voor het preventief en correctief onderhoud van onze productielijnen en installaties.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van productie, andere technische medewerkers en externe techniekers en contractors. Je analyseert technische problemen, voert herstellingen en onderhoudswerken uit en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen aan installaties en onderhoudsmethoden.

Takenpakket

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines en productielijnen
  • Lokaliseren en analyseren van mechanische storingen en technische problemen
  • Bepalen en uitvoeren van geschikte hersteloplossingen
  • Monteren, demonteren, uitlijnen en afstellen van mechanische onderdelen
  • Installeren en vervangen van machinecomponenten en technische uitrustingen
  • Uitvoeren van smeerwerken volgens het smeerplan
  • Uitvoeren van constructie-, herstel- en aanpassingswerken
  • Uitvoeren van TIG- en MIG-laswerkzaamheden waar nodig
  • Inspecteren, testen en controleren van machines en installaties
  • Meewerken aan technische aanpassingen en verbeteringen aan bestaande installaties
  • Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, interventies en opvolgacties
  • Raadplegen en correct gebruiken van technische plannen, schema's, handleidingen en werkinstructies
  • Zorg dragen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid tijdens en na de werkzaamheden
  • Afstemmen met productie, collega's en externe partners om werkzaamheden vlot en veilig uit te voeren

Na een grondige inwerkperiode en voldoende kennis van de installaties en processen:

  • De Teamleader Mechanica vervangen bij afwezigheid
  • De dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling mee coördineren
  • De werkplanning en lopende werkzaamheden opvolgen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor productie, technische partners en externe contractors
  • De voortgang van werkzaamheden bewaken en zorgen voor een correcte communicatie

Opleiding/kennis

  • Technische opleiding in een mechanische richting (A2 of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Ervaring in een productie- of industriële onderhoudsomgeving is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring met montage- en demontagewerken
  • Ervaring met preventief en correctief onderhoud aan industriële installaties
  • Kennis van lagers, aandrijvingen, transportbanden, pompen en andere mechanische installaties
  • Je kan technische plannen, tekeningen en handleidingen lezen en interpreteren
  • Basiskennis van Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word en Excel) en Business Central
