Leiter Sicherheit \& Umwelt 100% (all genders)

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams S\&U (3 Mitarbeitende)
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Sicherheitskonzepten
  • Untersuchung von Unfällen, Beinaheunfällen und Risikoereignissen
  • Planung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Notfallmanagements
  • Durchführung von Betriebsbegehungen und Sicherheitsaudits
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmassnahmen
  • Einleitung und Nachverfolgung von Korrektur\- und Präventionsmassnahmen
  • Ansprechpartner für Behörden und externe Stellen (z.B. KIGA, SUVA etc.)
  • Verantwortung für Gefahrstoff\- und Abfallmanagement
  • Entwicklung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Umweltzielen
  • Erhebung, Auswertung und Berichterstattung von Kennzahlen

Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Umwelt

Berufliche Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Analytisches und systematisches Denken
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, sowie idealerweise ösisch
