Description du poste

En tant qu’assistant-gérant, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement de la succursale en assurant la supervision de l’équipe, la qualité du service à la clientèle et le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes. En collaboration avec le gérant, vous contribuerez à mobiliser l’équipe, à atteindre les objectifs de vente et à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Plusieurs opportunités sont actuellement disponibles dans nos succursales de Québec.

Vos responsabilités

  • Superviser les ressources humaines, notamment en matière de recrutement, intégration, formation, gestion des horaires et évaluation du personnel;
  • Assurer la répartition et le suivi des tâches, veiller à leur bonne exécution et offrir le soutien nécessaire aux employés;
  • Veiller à la qualité du service à la clientèle et au respect des standards de l'entreprise;
  • Superviser le choix des produits en étalage et veiller au maintien de l’ordre dans les rayons;
  • Apporter des idées et des suggestions pour stimuler les ventes et maintenir à jour vos connaissances des produits, des meilleures ventes et des nouveautés sur le marché.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC);
  • 3 ans d’expérience dans le commerce de détail et/ou dans le domaine du service à la clientèle, dont au moins 1 an en supervision ou gestion de personnel;
  • Bonne culture générale et sens commercial aiguisé;
  • Bonne connaissance des logiciels de bureautique;
  • Leadership, sens des responsabilités, bonnes capacités d'analyse et excellentes aptitudes en communication.
