Nous recherchons un encadreur pour notre succursale de Pointe-Claire.

Description du poste

  • Accueillir et conseiller la clientèle dans la réalisation de projets d’encadrement sur mesure en proposant des choix créatifs et adaptés à leurs besoins;
  • Préparer les soumissions et les bons de commande, assurer le suivi des dossiers et coordonner les communications avec les clients, l’atelier et les fournisseurs;
  • Réaliser l’assemblage de montages standards;
  • Veiller à la qualité des réalisations et à la protection des œuvres;
  • Coordonner le traitement des commandes et effectuer les suivis requis par courriel.
  • Contribuer au bon fonctionnement du département en maintenant un environnement de travail propre, organisé et accueillant.

Qualifications

  • 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans le commerce de détail et/ou dans le domaine du service à la clientèle;
  • Habiletés à effectuer des travaux manuels variés et des tâches d’assemblage;
  • Rigueur, minutie et souci du détail envers la qualité du travail;
  • Capacité à travailler debout toute la journée, soulever et déplacer des boîtes;
  • Horaires variés de semaine, de fin de semaine et de soir.
