Nous sommes à la recherche d’un gérant de département pour notre succursale située aux Galeries d'Anjou.

Description du poste

Vos responsabilités :

  • Gérer les ressources humaines (recrutement, formation, évaluation, gestion des horaires, etc.);
  • Assurer que les tâches et les responsabilités confiées aux employés aient été exécutées et qu'ils disposent du soutien nécessaire;
  • Veiller à la qualité du service à la clientèle;
  • Superviser le choix des produits en étalage et veiller au maintien de l’ordre dans les rayons;
  • Apporter des idées et des suggestions pour augmenter les ventes et maintenir à jour vos connaissances des meilleures ventes et des nouveautés sur le marché.

Qualifications

  • DEC;
  • 3 ans d’expérience dans le commerce de détail et/ou dans le domaine du service à la clientèle et un an d’expérience en gestion de personnel;
  • Bonne culture générale et sens commercial aiguisé;
  • Leadership, sens des responsabilités, excellente capacité d’analyse, communication exemplaire et disponibilités variées;
  • Connaissances des logiciels de bureautique.
