Responsabilidades:

• Análise e gestão de pesquisas de satisfação internas e externas (VOC Renault, Google My Business, Cliente Mistério e Clube CSI). • Diagnóstico de causas críticas e suporte à construção de planos de ação para melhoria da qualidade e satisfação do cliente no Pós-Venda. • Desenvolvimento de dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e geração de insights para gestão e diretoria. • Gestão do programa Cliente Mistério, acompanhando resultados e implementando ações de melhoria na rede de concessionárias. • Implementação e adaptação de métodos e processos corporativos da Renault França na rede de concessionárias. • Condução de treinamentos, webinars, comunicações e suporte à rede para disseminação de processos e melhores práticas. • Gestão do processo de escalada de concessionárias com baixo desempenho, incluindo análises, projeções e reuniões de recuperação de indicadores. • Realização de visitas técnicas e pré-auditorias em concessionárias, com emissão de relatórios de não conformidade e preparação para auditorias corporativas. • Liderança de projetos de digitalização de processos de Pós-Venda e transformação digital da rede (PVX360). • Coordenação da implementação de projetos de Serviços Conectados junto às áreas transversais e à rede de concessionárias. • Acompanhamento da digitalização dos processos da rede, atuando como suporte técnico e operacional. • Monitoramento diário de pesquisas detratoras e gestão do processo de alertas críticos (Hot Alert). • Acompanhamento dos indicadores de qualidade e performance da rede, com comunicação e suporte para planos de melhoria. • Elaboração e apresentação da Auditoria Interna Anual (Quality Health Check), assegurando conformidade com os padrões globais Renault.

Requisitos:

• Formação superior completa em Engenharia, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas. • Inglês em nível intermediário. • Experiência em Qualidade e conhecimento da operação de concessionárias, abrangendo Vendas (VN) e Pós-Venda (PV). • Forte capacidade analítica para interpretação de indicadores de qualidade, performance comercial e satisfação do cliente. • Conhecimento de metodologias e ferramentas de melhoria contínua e qualidade (PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, entre outras). • Experiência com pesquisas de satisfação de clientes e análise da experiência do consumidor. • Domínio do Pacote Office, com destaque para Excel e PowerPoint avançados. • Excelente comunicação oral e escrita para condução de apresentações, treinamentos e desdobramento de informações junto a diferentes públicos. • Capacidade de influenciar e engajar equipes multifuncionais e rede de concessionárias na implementação de melhorias. • Organização, autonomia e habilidade para gerenciar múltiplos projetos e demandas simultaneamente. • Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação próxima à rede de concessionárias em todo o território nacional.
