Ce programme vous offre un CDI commençant par deux rotations de 24 mois, vous permettant de découvrir plusieurs facettes de notre organisation avant de prendre un poste à responsabilités au sein de notre équipe RH.

Le Parcours :

**Première mission : HRBP en usine**

Vous serez en charge des opérations RH dans un département de fabrication de plusieurs centaines de salariés.

Vous contribuerez au maintien d’un bon climat social et vous assurerez du respect de la réglementation sociale.

Vous accompagnerez et coacherez les managers dans la gestion des situations sociales complexes.

Vous déploierez les politiques, processus et outils RH, favorisant ainsi une performance durable.

Missions clés :

  • Déploiement des processus d’évaluation de la performance et des entretiens individuels.
  • Identification des besoins en recrutement, mobilité, apprentissage et intérim.
  • Construction et animation des plans de formation avec le DRH et les managers
  • Suivi des indicateurs de performance RH et pilotage de projets RH transversaux.
  • Animation des comités RH

**Deuxième rotation : Nouvelle expérience, nouveau site **

Après une première expérience réussie, vous continuerez votre parcours dans une autre usine ou site en France.

Cette mobilité géographique vous permettra de relever de nouveaux challenges (HRBP sur périmètre différents, emploi, compétences, relations sociales). Vous bénéficiez d’un parcours de carrière personnalisé afin de rapidement développer des compétences qui vous permettront de vous projeter sur un/des postes à responsabilités.

Votre profil

- Diplômé(e) d’un BAC+5 en école de commerce ou d’un Master 2 en RH, avec une première expérience terrain en RH, idéalement comme HRBP/RRH.

- Curieux(se), pragmatique, réactif(ve) et enthousiaste à l’idée de relever des défis dans un milieu industriel.

- Excellente capacité d’écoute, leadership et bon relationnel.

- Force de proposition et capable de trouver des solutions rapidement.

- Attiré(e) par le monde industriel, autonome et rigoureux(se).

- Mobile en France est primordial

- Bon niveau d'anglais (minimum 750 au TOEIC).
