Für unser Service Market Team am Hauptsitz in Dietikon ZH suchen wir aufgrund eines internen Wechsels per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n erfahrene:n Spezialist:in Wartungs\- und Reparaturverträge 100 %.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung, Überwachung und Verwaltung von Wartungs\- und Reparaturverträgen für Nutzfahrzeuge und Lieferwagen.
  • Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams sowie direkte Beratung der Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Werkstätten und Technikern
  • Sicherstellung, dass Wartungs\- und Reparaturarbeiten effizient und gemäss den vertraglichen Vereinbarungen durchgeführt werden.
  • Überwachung der Kosten im Zusammenhang mit Wartungs\- und Reparaturarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass diese im Rahmen des Budgets bleiben.
  • Monatliche Analyse über die Entwicklung von Servicevertragsportfolios
  • Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsangeboten, um die eigenen Dienstleistungen zu verbessern und wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben.

Dein Rucksack:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Technische:r Kaufmann:frau eidg. FA oder Kundendienstberater:in mit eidg. FA
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Nutzfahrzeugbranche oder einer anverwandten Branche mit und verfügst idealerweise über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Du besitzt ein gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen, Eigeninitiative und Freude am Kontakt mit anderen Menschen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute Englisch\- und Französischkenntnisse
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und zeichnest dich durch deine dienstleistungs\- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Du möchtest dein Fachwissen mit unseren Kunden teilen und kompetent beraten
