RENEE Cosmetics is one of the leading Indian cosmetics brands, empowering individuals to celebrate their beauty through innovative, multifunctional, and easy-to-use products. As one of the fastest-growing beauty brands in India, RENEE is redefining makeup and moving toward becoming a globally recognized name.

If you’re a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on scaling brands and driving measurable growth, we’d love to hear from you.

What role will you play? (Key Responsibilities)

  • Prepare and adapt artwork for cosmetic packaging, including labels, cartons, tubes, bottles, jars, pouches, sleeves, and outer boxes. Convert approved designs into accurate, print-ready production files. Check artwork for correct dimensions, bleed, trim, safe area, resolution, fonts, images, and color specifications. Work with CMYK, Pantone/spot colors, metallic colors, white ink, varnishes, and special finishes. Prepare artwork according to different printing processes such as offset, flexographic, digital, screen, and gravure printing. Work accurately with packaging dielines, folds, cuts, creases, perforations, and technical layers. Ensure correct placement and readability of ingredients, usage instructions, warnings, claims, batch/lot information, MRP, manufacturing details, barcodes, and other mandatory product information. Check barcode placement and readability and ensure sufficient clear space around barcodes. Manage overprint, knockout, trapping, separations, and spot-color specifications. Prepare print-ready PDFs and other required production formats. Conduct thorough pre-flight checks before releasing artwork to printers/vendors. Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Brand/Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, and external printers to resolve artwork-related issues. Review printer proofs, digital proofs, and physical samples to ensure accuracy against approved artwork. Make technical corrections and revisions without compromising the approved design. Maintain proper file naming, version control, artwork archives, and master files. Ensure that the latest approved artwork is always released for production. Manage multiple SKUs and artwork changes while meeting strict production timelines. Support new product launches, packaging changes, and artwork localization requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Excellent understanding of packaging artwork and pre-press production. Strong knowledge of CMYK, RGB, Pantone/spot colors, color separations, and color matching. Knowledge of bleed, crop marks, trapping, overprinting, knockout, dielines, and print finishing. Good understanding of different packaging substrates and printing techniques. Ability to work with vector artwork and high-resolution images. Knowledge of barcode specifications and packaging artwork requirements. Strong attention to detail, particularly with product text, ingredients, quantities, claims, and regulatory information. Ability to identify artwork errors before files are sent to production. Good organizational and file-management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple SKUs simultaneously.

What makes you a perfect fit?

  • 2–5 years of experience in pre-press, packaging artwork, print production, or a similar role. Experience in the cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, food, or personal-care industry will be an advantage. Experience working with packaging printers and vendors. Experience handling multiple SKUs and frequent packaging revisions. Knowledge of premium cosmetic packaging and special finishes such as foil stamping, embossing/debossing, spot UV, matte/gloss varnish, and metallic inks is preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
