  • Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing partners for quality-related issues.
  • Ensure that only approved materials are used in production.

4. Finished Goods Quality Inspection

  • Perform finished goods inspections based on approved sampling plans.
  • Check product appearance, colour, fragrance, texture, consistency, fill quantity, packaging quality and labelling.

  • Track recurring quality issues and recommend preventive measures.

7. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with NPD, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement and Manufacturing teams.
  • Coordinate product sampling, pilot batches, trial batches and new product testing.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring that all quality parameters are met before commercial production.

  • Knowledge of raw material testing, finished goods inspection, stability testing and microbiological testing coordination.
  • Understanding of Cosmetics Rules, 2020, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Good knowledge of quality documentation, COA, CAPA, deviation management and audit procedures.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
