Als Coördinator Weegbrug ben je de spil van de dagelijkse werking van de weegbrug. Je combineert operationele taken met coördinerende verantwoordelijkheden en zorgt ervoor dat alle activiteiten efficiënt, veilig en volgens de geldende procedures verlopen. Je bent een meewerkende coordinator die overzicht bewaart, prioriteiten stelt en collega's ondersteunt waar nodig.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Coördineren en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het weegbrugteam.
  • Toezien op een correcte uitvoering van procedures, werkinstructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Registreren van inkomende en uitgaande transporten en zorgen voor een correcte in- en uitweging.
  • Chauffeurs, bezoekers en leveranciers ontvangen en correct doorverwijzen op het terrein.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte doorstroming van verkeer op de site.
  • Afstemmen met andere afdelingen zoals Planning om een efficiënte operationele werking te garanderen.
  • Problemen signaleren, prioriteiten stellen en proactief oplossingen aanreiken.
  • Collega's begeleiden, coachen en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt binnen het team.
  • Verbeterpunten in processen identificeren en voorstellen formuleren voor verdere optimalisatie.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding afgerond of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een logistieke, administratieve of operationele omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over enkele jaren relevante werkervaring waarbij je al coördinerende verantwoordelijkheden hebt opgenomen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen op een positieve manier mee te nemen in veranderingen en afspraken.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamspeler.
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats.
  • Je bent tweetalig NDL FR
