Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • Du führst anspruchsvolle Holzbauprojekte technisch und organisatorisch zum Erfolg
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bringst du Projekte über alle Phasen hinweg voran
  • Planung, Produktion und Montage stimmst du effizient aufeinander ab
  • Mit deinem Fachwissen treibst du die Konstruktions\- und Detailplanung voran
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson vernetzt du Kunden, Projektpartner und interne Fachbereiche
  • Projektbesprechungen leitest du zielorientiert und bringst Entscheidungen auf den Punkt
  • Technische Fragestellungen unserer Kunden löst du kompetent und praxisnah
  • Bei der Entwicklung neuer Projekte bringst du dein Know\-how aktiv ein
  • Prozesse und Standards im Engineering entwickelst du gemeinsam mit uns kontinuierlich weiter

Deine Person

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung im Holzbau und ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Holzbauingenieur:in (FH/BSc/MSc) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst idealerweise fünf Jahre Erfahrung als Holzbauingenieur:in mit
  • CAD\- und Statik\-Software nutzt du sicher in deinem Arbeitsalltag
  • Verantwortung motiviert dich, Entscheidungen triffst du fundiert und mit Weitblick
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Partnern und interdisziplinären Teams macht dir Freude
  • Du denkst vernetzt, bringst eigene Ideen ein und suchst nach den besten Lösungen
