Técnico ou Engenheiro de Aplicações - Calibração de Máquinas

Resumo da Vaga:

O Engenheiro/Técnico de Aplicações é responsável por auxiliar os clientes com suas necessidades de aplicação, instalações técnicas, serviço, identificação de soluções, treinamento dos clientes e fornecer suporte técnico tanto na empresa quanto fora da empresa.

Principais Desafios da Função:

  • Suporte ao Cliente: Auxiliar em instalações técnicas, serviços, aplicações e identificação de componentes.
  • Treinamento e Eventos: Preparar e ministrar apresentações e treinamentos técnicos para clientes e equipe interna, além de prestar assistência em feiras e eventos.
  • Parceria Comercial: Apoiar os times de vendas e atendimento ao cliente em dúvidas técnicas de produtos.
  • Desenvolvimento: Auxilia na organização e elaboração de fichas técnicas, folhetos e manuais, além de colaborar com a divisão de produtos em novos projetos e manter o sistema de CRM atualizado.
  • Disponibilidade: Realizar viagens extensas a nível nacional e eventuais viagens internacionais.

O que buscamos (Requisitos):

  • Formação: Curso Técnico ou Superior em Engenharia, Manufatura ou áreas correlatas (ou experiência equivalente).
  • Usinagem: Experiência prática com usinagem CNC (diferentes comandos e tipos de máquinas).
  • Habilidades Técnicas: Conhecimento sólido em princípios mecânicos, eletrônicos e capacidade física para instalação de produtos em ambiente fabril.
  • Soft Skills: Forte comunicação (verbal e escrita), facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e gestão de conflitos.
