Mikä on Suomen Kaivohuolto?

Suomen Kaivohuolto on vuonna 2017 Jyväskylän seudulla perustettu kaivohuollon ja vesitutkimusten asiantuntijayritys. Palvelemme kotitalouksia ja yrityksiä ympäri Suomen ja autamme asiakkaitamme pitämään kaivoveden laadun ja kaivojärjestelmät kunnossa.

Olemme kasvava alan markkinajohtaja, ja palveluidemme kysyntä on vahvassa kasvussa. Nyt haemme myyntiedustajaa Uudellemaalle vahvistamaan kasvavaa myyntitiimiämme.

Osa Renoa-konsernia

Suomen Kaivohuolto on huhtikuusta 2026 alkaen osa Renoa-konsernia. Yrityskaupan myötä jatkamme toimintaamme omalla nimellämme ja omana yhtiönämme, mutta saamme samalla tueksemme suuren suomalaisen konsernin resurssit, osaamisen ja kehitysmahdollisuudet.

Renoa on pientalojen talotekniikan palveluihin erikoistunut yritys, joka tarjoaa asiakkailleen muun muassa putkiremontteja, viemärin sukituksia, sähkösaneerauksia ja ilma-vesilämpöpumppuratkaisuja. Renoalla on yli 300 työntekijää Suomessa ja Ruotsissa ja takanaan jo yli 50 000 toteutettua remonttia.

Nyt Suomen Kaivohuollon liittyminen Renoa-konserniin yhdistää kaksi vahvaa osaamisaluetta: Renoan pientalojen talotekniikan ja Suomen Kaivohuollon kaivohuollon erikoisosaamisen.

Mitä myyntiedustajan työssä teet?

Myyntiedustajana tehtävänäsi on myydä kaivojen huoltoja ja korjauksia sekä vesinäytteiden tutkimuspalveluja myyntialueesi asiakkaille. Potentiaalisia asiakkaita ovat erityisesti kunnallistekniikan ulkopuolella asuvat kotitaloudet, joiden kotiin vesi tulee rengas- tai porakaivosta.

Työpäiväsi koostuvat asiakaskäynneistä, joiden aikana teet yhdessä asiakkaan kanssa kaivon kuntoarvion. Mikäli arvioinnissa ilmenee tarve huollolle tai korjaukselle, esittelet asiakkaalle sopivan ratkaisun, teet tarjouksen ja viet kaupan sopimukseen asti.

Sovittujen asiakaskäyntien yhteydessä kartoitat myös lähialueen muiden asukkaiden kaivotilannetta ja selvität, voisimmeko auttaa heitä. Asiakashankintatiimimme auttaa sinua sovittujen asiakaskäyntien järjestämisessä.

Työ on liikkuvaa ja asiakkaita tapaat noin 100 kilometrin säteellä asuinpaikastasi.

Tulospainotteinen palkkaus

Myyntiedustajan työssä pääset vaikuttamaan suoraan omiin ansioihisi. Palkkaus on tulospainotteinen ja perustuu provisiomalliin, jonka ansiosta onnistumisesta palkitaan.

Työn alussa saat myös takuupalkan, joka antaa turvaa uuden työn ja myyntityön opetteluun.

Keskimääräinen myyntiedustajamme tienaa tehtävässä noin 3 000–6 000 € kuukaudessa, ja ahkeralla sekä tavoitteellisella myyjällä on mahdollisuus kasvattaa ansioitaan tästäkin.
