Website Designer - Intern

Role and Responsibility

- Design, update, and improve UI/UX elements on our existing website

- Collaborate with the communications team to reflect branding and content needs

- Optimize pages for responsiveness, speed, and SEO

- Ensure website accessibility and mobile compatibility

- Create new sections/pages (e.g., impact stories, volunteer signup, event landing pages)

- Regularly test and troubleshoot for errors or broken links

What We’re Looking For

- Proficiency in WordPress, Wix, or Webflow (or similar CMS platforms)

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a bonus

- Experience with UI/UX principles and responsive design

- Creative mindset and attention to detail

- Ability to take initiative and manage time independently

- Portfolio or samples of web projects (even personal/class ones)
