Als Continuous Improvement Engineer maak je onze productie slimmer, sneller en beter. Je combineert analyse met actie: je gaat de vloer op, praat met de mensen die het proces kennen en zet verbeterkansen om in resultaat.

  • Analyseer processen en verbeter leadtijd, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en capaciteit.
  • Werk met Lean en QRM en vertaal data naar concrete acties.
  • Werk samen met operatoren, teamleaders en technische collega’s.
  • Spot kansen voor digitalisering en breng verbeteringen naar de werkvloer.
  • Denk verder dan quick wins en benut machines en capaciteit duurzaam beter.
  • Is er een probleem aan een machine in de productie? Dan ga je zelf kijken.

Je hoeft nog geen doorgewinterde CI-expert te zijn. We zoeken een technisch sterke doener met een eerste relevante ervaring en veel goesting om dingen écht beter te maken.

  • Industrieel ingenieur, of technische bachelor met relevante ervaring.
  • Eerste ervaring in CI, Lean of procesoptimalisatie in productie.
  • Technisch sterk: productieprocessen en verspaning zijn je niet vreemd.
  • Een échte hands-on problem solver: je wacht niet af, gaat zelf kijken wat er speelt en zet ideeën daadkrachtig om in actie.
  • Kritisch en analytisch, maar ook sterk in samenwerken en mensen meekrijgen.
  • Kennis van QRM, digitalisering of poederlakken is een plus. Groeipotentieel is minstens zo belangrijk.
