About the Job:

As a Copywriter, you will join the Design Team and work under the Senior Director, Design as well as work with another in-house copywriter to create creative and strategic copy across channels. As a fundamental problem solver and wordsmith, you will collaborate with product and brand designers across email, site, paid, promotional materials, and campaigns, while brainstorming new ways in through language and messaging. You are tuned-in to pop culture, current fashion trends, and have your own opinions on the Oxford comma (we have ours, but we’ll chat more about this in the interview). Your copy style has a natural voice, and you can flex different tones and personalities within that voice when asked. You welcome feedback that is constructive and respectful, and you’re comfortable sharing your own. You enjoy fast-paced environments, can expertly prioritize tasks and, perhaps most importantly, can ask for help when you need it.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Fashion, Merchandising, Styling, Growth, and internal teams to ensure our copy output aligns to business goals and ensures quality and consistency at scale.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to write evergreen emails that speak to styles, designers, trends, occasions, and cultural moments.
  • Write promotional copy for major sale events across channels—and, the exciting part—strategically think of new ways to keep the creative fresh and eye-catching.
  • Craft copy for our paid channels and collaborate with the design team to produce creative and conversion-driven ads.
  • Contribute to the established tone of voice (TOV) guidelines and frameworks, ensuring company-wide adherence.
  • Occasionally strategize with product designers on key site placements and future-state site projects.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in related brand copywriting roles in-house or agency side.
  • You have experience producing work for integrated marketing campaigns and/or working on creative from concept to launch.
  • A strong understanding of marketing and content channels and ability to adapt writing to fit the needs of the audience.
  • A portfolio that showcases your writing style and strong strategic thinking applied across a range of deliverables.
  • Familiar with Figma and open to learning new creative collaboration tools
  • Proactivity, clear communicator and problem solver that can anticipate questions, independently assess solutions, and think critically and creatively.
  • Confident and collaborative creator that inspires others to come together on a common goal.
  • Demonstrates exceptional initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through executed at a high level of craftsmanship.
  • Ability to thrive in a multifaceted, feedback-forward creative environment where tasks, priorities, and projects can change rapidly.
  • Keep up to date with popular culture and trends, as well as creative work produced within the fashion advertising space.
  • Enthusiastic adopter of new technologies (including generative AI) to enhance creativity and streamline workflows.
  • Committed to continuous improvement, proactively seeking out and implementing new strategies for greater efficiency and optimized results.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
