💰 LØN OG MULIGHEDER

Du får en god og ordentlig løn fra starten.

Din startløn vil være 145,00 kr. pr. time, plus 12,5 % feriepenge og ATP efter gældende regler.

Større ansvar, højere løn og andre goder følger med, når du viser, at du kan løfte mere.

Efter de 3 måneders prøvetid har du mulighed for at genforhandle din løn ud fra de kvalifikationer og den udvikling, du har vist os i løbet af prøveperioden.

RenTid is looking for an experienced cleaning assistant for a full-time position of 37 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours.

RenTid is a growing company, and we are looking for an experienced cleaning assistant who is skilled at their workand motivated to develop and grow with us. At RenTid, attention to detail and delivering a perfect result are extremely important.

You will be employed as a cleaning assistant, and your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality cleaningfor our customers in Aarhus and the surrounding area.

We do not only look at your CV – we look at your work ethic, responsibility, quality of work and willingness to develop.

How far you can go depends largely on you.

🧹 WE EXPECT YOU TO:

  • Have solid experience in residential cleaning.
  • Not be afraid of working independently.
  • Preferably have experience with commercial cleaning.
  • Be able to work independently and thoroughly, while also being comfortable working in small teams.
  • Have a strong eye for detail and quality.
  • Be reliable, flexible and responsible.
  • Have a positive attitude and be open to feedback.
  • Have a valid Category B driving licence and be comfortable driving a car – this is a MUST. Please do not apply if you do not have a driving licence or are not willing to drive.
  • Be able to get to and from the workplace in Aarhus independently.
  • Be prepared for occasional weekend work. If you are unable to work weekends, RenTid is not the right place for you.

🇬🇧 LANGUAGE – IMPORTANT

You must be able to speak, understand, read and write fluent English.

Danish is a clear advantage, but not a requirement.

⏱️ PROBATIONARY PERIOD

The first 3 months will be a probationary period in accordance with applicable Danish rules.

During this period, we will evaluate your work performance, quality, cooperation, responsibility and development.

💰 SALARY AND OPPORTUNITIES

You will receive a fair and competitive salary from the beginning.

Your starting salary will be DKK 145.00 per hour, plus 12.5% holiday pay and ATP in accordance with applicable Danish rules.

Greater responsibility, higher pay and other benefits will follow as you demonstrate that you are capable of taking on more responsibility.

After the 3-month probationary period, you will have the opportunity to renegotiate your salary based on the qualifications and development you have demonstrated during the probationary period.
