Descripción del empleo

La misión de esta posición será garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del equipo de servicios de Pest Control en la región asignada, de acuerdo con la estrategia definida por la Dirección de Operaciones, garantizando que se consigue la satisfacción del cliente.

Entre las funciones más importantes, destacan:

- Gestión de Clientes: asegurar la realización de los servicios a los clientes, garantizando una ejecución con calidad en los mismos.

- Gestión de Equipos /Personas: Liderar y trabajar con los equipos para mantenerlos informados, motivados y enfocados en la consecución de los objetivos.

- Gestión de Operaciones y Ventas: velar por la ejecución en tiempo y forma de los servicios contratados.

Todo ello encuadrado dentro de la estrategia marcada por la dirección de operaciones y del regional manager y de unos KPI's por cuyo cumplimiento debe velar.

Requisitos

Formación y otras cualificaciones: Formación Universitaria de las ramos biosanitarias o ingenierías. Valorable Cualificación profesional especializada en sector de plagas nivel III (Gestión de servicios para el control de organismos nocivos).

Experiencia profesional previa: Se requiere un mínimo de cinco años como responsable de equipos en empresas de servicios, no necesariamente en el sector de plagas.

Experiencia en el puesto: Experiencia de al menos 3 años como responsable de equipos de trabajo, experiencia en gestión de procesos, de proyectos y acostumbrado a trabajar con indicadores de negocio (KPIs)

Habilidades específicas:

1) Conocimiento de operaciones y/o servicios a clientes

2) gestor de equipos de operaciones multifuncionales

3) ERP de gestión, herramientas de reporting a nivel usuario

4) Paquete Office (Excel/Word/Pwp) o usuario suite entorno Google WS

Idiomas: Inglés, valorable nivel C1, mínimo B2
