KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Audit

  • Develop and deliver the annual risk-based internal audit plan covering all Group entities, business processes and IT systems.
  • Lead end-to-end audits: planning, fieldwork, testing, reporting and follow-up, including in-person and remote reviews of overseas subsidiaries.
  • Assess design and operating effectiveness of controls over order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory and supply chain, payroll, treasury, intercompany and financial close.
  • Review cloud subscription and e-commerce revenue processes, including platform settlements, payment gateways, refunds and chargebacks.
  • Track management action plans to closure and report status to the CFO and Audit Committee.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Build and maintain the Group Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and risk register, with periodic risk assessments across entities.
  • Develop the Group policy framework: delegation of authority, related-party transactions, anti-bribery & corruption, whistleblowing, conflict of interest and code of conduct.
  • Maintain the Group entity governance calendar: board and shareholder resolutions, statutory filings, director and registered-office changes, and entity compliance obligations across jurisdictions.
  • Support regulatory engagements, grant and incentive compliance (e.g. EDB programmes) and audit trails required by government agencies.

Internal Control Framework & IPO Readiness

  • Document entity-level controls and process-level Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs) aligned to COSO 2013.

Tax & Regulatory Audit Support

  • Support Group Tax on indirect tax and corporate tax inspections in overseas jurisdictions, including evidence gathering, documentation integrity and substance reviews.
  • Review intercompany arrangements, transfer-pricing documentation trails and intercompany settlement controls for audit defensibility.

IT & Systems Controls

  • Review NetSuite ERP controls: user access, segregation of duties, approval workflows, master data changes and system interfaces.
  • Assess IT general controls, data privacy (PDPA / GDPR) and cybersecurity governance in partnership with IT.

Shared Services & Continuous Improvement

  • Embed control design into the Group Finance Shared Services Centre and process migrations, ensuring controls are maintained through transitions.
  • Introduce data analytics and continuous control monitoring to increase audit coverage and efficiency.
  • Conduct special reviews and fraud investigations as directed by Group Finance or Board.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
