Account Manager (Greentech) (m/f/d) - Brazilian market

Please note that for this role, C1 English proficiency is required. This is a full-time position and you need to be based in São Paulo or nearby.

What you will do

- Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the Brazilian market.

- Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.

- Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes.

- Identify and capitalize on upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

- Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers.

- Previous experience in a SAAS B2B Environment (is a plus).

- Previous experience in a start-up ecosystem (is a plus).

- Motivated to drive change in renewables and make a positive impact.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Portuguese and English.
