This role is based in Moreno Valley, California, in our newest warehouse location, conveniently located in a prime location. In winter, it’s a 90-minute drive from the popular ski destination, Big Bear Mountain Resort. Or, if surfing is more your tempo, Moreno Valley isn’t far from Newport Beach. We know and live that active lifestyle, so the REP kitchen is always stocked with healthy snacks, energy drinks, and protein. This is not a remote position and requires you to work in the office five days a week (but that endless stream of healthy treats in a supportive and fun environment makes this office experience a reward, in and of itself).

About This Role:
Are you passionate about fitness and love connecting with people? As a Retail Sales Specialist at REP Fitness, you'll be at the heart of our Denver Showroom experience - helping customers find the equipment that fuels their goals.
You'll collaborate with a driven team of retail and commercial specialists, supported by the Showroom Manager, while building real relationships with customers through in-person, phone, and email interactions. From guiding a first-time buyer to closing a major sale, every conversation is an opportunity to make an impact.
Essential Functions: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide world-class service to our in-store customers.
- Assist customers with selection of gym equipment by maintaining thorough knowledge of all products.
- Assist in loading the order after being selected by stockroom staff.
- Maintain a clean showroom to provide customers with an optimal shopping experience.
- Process sales orders, returns and exchanges.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via email or phone when not assisting an in-store customer.
- Record details of actions taken with customers in CRM.
- Participate in ongoing product training to remain up to date with REPs newest products

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or equivalent programs.
- Quickly learn how to navigate and use complex warehouse management systems and customer relation management systems.
