Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate, Clinical Supply Chain with 2+ years of relevant experience to support the planning and execution of clinical supply activities across ongoing and upcoming clinical trials. This role will take ownership of day-to-day clinical supply activities, including supply coordination, inventory and shipment tracking, documentation, vendor communication, and operational reporting. The Senior Associate will work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, CMC, and external partners to help ensure clinical supplies are available, compliant, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, comfortable working independently, and experienced in a regulated clinical environment.
This position is based in our Framingham location and typically has a 5-day on-site expectation.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Supply Administration & Coordination
• Own day-to-day coordination of clinical supply chain activities, including documentation, tracking, issue follow-up, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate clinical supply shipments, resupply activities, inventory monitoring, and related logistics to support trial timelines.
• Coordinate sourcing and procurement activities for comparator drug supply, including communication with external suppliers as appropriate.
• Support clinical supply planning activities, including maintenance of supply forecasts, distribution plans, and inventory records.
• Proactively identify supply risks or discrepancies and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.
Documentation & Systems Support
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical supply records in relevant systems, including IRT, CTMS, Excel trackers, and supply management tools.
• Prepare, review, maintain, and file essential clinical supply documentation, including shipping records, temperature excursion documentation, reconciliation reports, and related records.
• Ensure clinical supply documentation is complete, accurate, inspection-ready, and maintained in accordance with internal SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform routine data review and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and support timely resolution.
Vendor & Cross-Functional Support
• Serve as a key operational contact for external vendors, including depots, packaging/labeling providers, couriers, and other clinical supply partners.
• Coordinate supply-related meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up with stakeholders to drive timely completion of deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and CMC teams to support clinical supply readiness and execution.
• Build effective working relationships with internal and external partners and communicate supply status, risks, and required actions clearly.
Operational Tracking & Reporting
• Maintain dashboards and trackers for clinical supply status, shipments, inventory, expiry monitoring, and other key operational metrics.
• Generate routine reports, summaries, and status updates for internal stakeholders and study teams.
• Monitor key supply activities against timelines and proactively communicate potential delays or risks.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency, data quality, and consistency across clinical supply activities.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, supply chain, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in clinical supply chain, clinical operations, pharmaceutical logistics, or a closely related function.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple activities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned activities, and proactively identify and escalate issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with GxP-regulated environments and clinical trial documentation practices.
Preferred
• Experience working with IRT systems and clinical supply tracking or inventory management tools.
• Experience supporting Phase 1–3 clinical trials within a biotech or pharmaceutical organization.
• Working knowledge of clinical packaging, labeling, distribution, comparator sourcing, and inventory management.
• Experience coordinating with clinical supply vendors, depots, couriers, or other external service providers.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative biotech or startup environment.

Salary Range
Replimune is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $106,500 - $137,500. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s unique set of qualifications, skills, and experience. Our current organizational needs also play a part in determining your final offer.
At Replimune, base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The selected candidate will be eligible for an annual performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, and ongoing performance-based equity.
