O que buscamos:

Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Funcional Junior ou Pleno – Processos de Suprimentos para atuar no suporte, manutenção e evolução dos processos relacionados à cadeia de suprimentos e gestão de materiais.

O profissional será responsável por prestar suporte funcional aos usuários, analisar incidentes, realizar configurações, apoiar melhorias contínuas e participar de projetos, atuando em parceria com as áreas de negócio e tecnologia para garantir a eficiência dos processos.

Principais responsabilidades: Prestar suporte funcional aos processos de Suprimentos e Gestão de Materiais; Analisar, diagnosticar e solucionar incidentes e demandas funcionais; Apoiar configurações e parametrizações do sistema conforme as necessidades do negócio; Levantar e documentar requisitos funcionais; Elaborar especificações funcionais e documentação técnica; Executar testes funcionais e apoiar processos de homologação; Participar de projetos de implantação, melhorias e sustentação de soluções; Interagir com equipes multidisciplinares e stakeholders para garantir a qualidade das entregas.

Requisitos Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas; Experiência com suporte funcional em sistemas ERP; Experiência no módulo SAP MM (Materials Management), incluindo processos de compras, gestão de materiais, requisições, pedidos de compra, cadastro de materiais e movimentação de estoque; Conhecimento dos processos de Procurement e Inventory Management; Capacidade analítica, organização e foco na resolução de problemas; Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar em equipes multidisciplinares. Inglês intermediário/avançado.

Diferenciais Conhecimento em integrações entre SAP MM e outros módulos, como FI, SD e WM/EWM; Experiência em projetos de implantação, rollout ou sustentação SAP; Conhecimento em metodologias ITIL ou gestão de serviços;
