Principais responsabilidades:

- Acompanhar proativamente o dashboard de execução dos robôs, identificando falhas antes que impactem o negócio. - Atuar no troubleshooting de erros de execução (bugs, mudanças em sistemas legados, instabilidades de infraestrutura) com foco em restauração rápida do serviço. - Realizar pequenos ajustes e melhorias em automações existentes para adaptação a mudanças de ambiente ou regras de negócio simples. - Avaliar e validar o impacto de atualizações de sistemas (SAP, Windows, Web) no parque de robôs instalado. - Monitorar o uso de licenças, disponibilidade de máquinas virtuais (VMs) e orquestradores por licença. - Realizar monitoramento falhas críticas para evitar a recorrência de problemas. - Atender chamados de usuários finais, prestando suporte técnico e operacional sobre o funcionamento das automações. - Manter atualizados os manuais de "KTs" e os procedimentos de recuperação de desastres. - Garantir que os robôs operem sob os padrões de segurança, renovação de credenciais e logs auditáveis.

Requisitos - Graduação em TI, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação Engenharia ou áreas correlatas - Experiência com plataformas de RPA - sustentação via Orquestradores (Blue Prism Control Room, UiPath Orchestrator ou Power Automate Admin Center). Experiência com Blue Prism será um diferencial. - Troubleshooting: Experiência em depuração de código (Python, VBScript) e análise de logs complexos. - Banco de Dados: Conhecimento de SQL para consulta de logs, auditoria de dados e ajustes em tabela de controle. - Infraestrutura: Conhecimento em gerenciamento de VMs, acessos remotos, Windows Server e serviços de rede. - Gestão de Serviços: Conhecimento de processos ITIL (Incidentes, Problemas, Mudanças e Configuração). - Inglês: Nível intermediário (B1/B2)
