Requisitos:

Inglês e Espanhol avançado; Conhecimentos em Java; Conhecimentos em SQL e consultas a banco de dados; Capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico; Perfil investigativo para troubleshooting e análise de causa raiz; Facilidade para aprendizado de novas tecnologias e regras de negócio; Boa comunicação e relacionamento com clientes; Organização e documentação técnica; Cursando graduação em áreas de Tecnologia.

Diferenciais:

Experiência com suporte de sistemas Nível 2/Nível 3; Experiência com suporte produtivo/AMS; Experiência com desenvolvimento Java; Conhecimento em análise de logs e troubleshooting; Experiência com Jira, ServiceNow ou ferramentas similares; Conhecimento básico em Linux/Unix; Conhecimento em APIs e integrações.

Principais atividades:

Realizar suporte de primeiro e segundo nível para sistemas mission critical de alta complexidade; Investigar incidentes, analisando logs, comportamento sistêmico e dados operacionais; Identificar causas raízes e apoiar tratativas de problemas; Realizar acompanhamento de tickets, incidentes e demandas operacionais; Repassar orientações técnicas e operacionais aos usuários; Atuar em conjunto com times técnicos e de desenvolvimento para resolução de problemas; Apoiar melhorias contínuas dos processos e sistemas; Desenvolver conhecimento funcional e técnico sobre os sistemas suportados.
