Atuação Remoto!

Buscamos um profissional para a construção de soluções analíticas para solucionar problemas que necessitam de uma visão data-driven para suporte à decisões, atuando com ferramentas tecnológicas de ciência de dados aplicadas a um conhecimento aprofundado do negócio de crédito e recuperação.

Atividades:

  • Realizar tarefas de data translator construindo visões analíticas de dados contextualizadas pelas necessidades das áreas de negócio por meio de uma interação contínua com stakeholders das diversas áreas de negócio do Inter. Por meio de um conhecimento aprofundado das regras de negócio da empresa e a arquitetura de sistemas transacionais, propor soluções produtizadas de fácil consumo por analistas, gestores e demais serviços analíticos associados para a composição de uma fonte única de conhecimento (SSOT).
  • Constuir pipelines de ETL por meio de ferramentas de engenharia de dados que garantam eficiência e escalabilidade de soluções consumidoras de grandes volumes de dados, entregando visões analíticas para diversos níveis organizacionais da empresa.
  • Propor soluções inteligentes de modelagens de dados, processamento de alta performance, monitoramento de data quality, gestão do conhecimento e governança de produtos de dados para a plataforma de dados da diretoria de crédito.
  • Promover a descoberta de conhecimento em bases de dados, atuando em parceria com Cientistas de Dados na elaboração e construção de features relevantes para a construção de modelos de machine learning, políticas de concessão de crédito/recuperação e monitoramento pró-ativo de performance.
  • Atuar juntamente com os Engenheiros de Machine Learning na construção e sustentação da Feature Store, contribuindo para o perfeito funcionamento dos modelos de machine learning das esteiras automatizadas de concessão e recuperação de crédito.
  • Inovar e se manter atualizado com as principais tendências da área, conseguindo contribuir ativamente com novas técnicas, metodologias e pacotes que ajudem a avançar a área de ciência de dados.
  • Manter comunicação constante com a área de negócios, garantindo a entrega de valor no melhor formato de consumo mantendo um canal aberto entre os stakeholders do projeto.

Hard Skills:

Obrigatório:

  • SQL (intermediário/avançado);
  • Spark (intermediário);
  • Python (intermediário);
  • Ambiente AWS (básico).

Desejável:

  • R (Básico);
  • Técnicas de Feature Engineering/Machine Learning (Básico).

Soft Skills:

  • Interesse por entender processos de negócio banking;
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Self learning.
