REPSCO recrute un conseiller expert dermo- cosmétique H/F pour le compte d’un laboratoire partenaire, leader dans le domaine de la dermo- cosmétique, dans le cadre de la création d’un réseau.

Secteur : Echirolles / Grenoble (38)

Vous êtes passionné(e)s par la dermo- cosmétique et aimez conseiller, former et créer du lien ?

Vous rêvez d’un rôle à forte visibilité, au cœur des équipes officinales et en contact direct avec les clients ?

Principales responsabilités

  • Conseiller et accompagner les clients en créant une expérience unique
  • Valoriser les produits du laboratoire : mise en place, merchandising et animations en point de vente
  • Former rapidement les équipes sur les nouveautés et nos conseils experts
  • Travailler main dans la main avec les équipes commerciales pour gérer les ruptures
  • Relayer les temps forts sur les réseaux sociaux et incarner l’image digitale du laboratoire

Votre profil :

  • Connaissance solide en dermo- cosmétique
  • Sens relationnel hors pair et grande empathie
  • Goût pour le conseil, l’animation et la pédagogie
  • Forte culture d’entreprise et esprit d’équipe
  • Dynamisme, organisation et autonomie
