  • Advice on title insurance commitments, policies, endorsements, exceptions, claims, and coverage matters.
  • Support tax equity, minority equity, project financing, and other financing transactions with respect to real estate diligence, documentation, conditions precedent, and risk allocation.
  • Support development, construction, asset management, operations, M&A, and finance teams on real estate matters and related procedures.

  • Coordinate with other members of the LCG US Legal Department to support consistent legal positions, appropriate allocation of responsibilities, and efficient matter management.
  • Manage outside counsel efficiently, including establishing scope, monitoring work, reviewing legal advice, and managing fees and budgets.
  • Maintain appropriate real estate legal records and support compliance with material real estate contractual obligations and applicable law.
  • Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical, and timely advice to internal clients.
  • Perform other legal responsibilities and projects as assigned by the General Counsel.

Qualifications:

  • Experience advising on real estate matters relating to renewable energy or other energy and infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
  • Strong title, survey, and real estate due diligence experience.
  • Experience with the real estate aspects of project finance, non-recourse debt, and tax equity investments.
  • Ability to provide practical, risk-based, and business-oriented legal advice on complex matters.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines with appropriate prioritization and escalation.
  • Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to advise business leaders and other stakeholders on complex legal matters.
  • Demonstrated accountability, sound judgment, strong decision-making abilities, and careful handling of confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, information-gathering, and information-monitoring skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
