Job Summary

Support day-to-day procurement activities to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of quality goods and services at competitive prices.

Responsibilities

  • Source and obtain quotations from suppliers for F&B, operational, and general supplies to secure competitive pricing
  • Collaborate with Kitchen, F&B, Operations, Finance, and other departments to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements
  • Support the implementation of e-procurement platforms to enhance user experience and increase procurement productivity
  • Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and promptly to maintain procurement efficiency
  • Follow up with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and outstanding items to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with established procurement procedures and approval limits to maintain governance

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience, preferably within Clubs, Hotels, or F&B Operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within the Purchasing team
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in procurement processes
