The ideal candidate is a highly organized, student-centered, proactive professional who can work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, manage multiple priorities, and follow projects through to completion. We are seeking someone who enjoys working directly with students while also being comfortable managing the administrative responsibilities that keep a busy student-support program running effectively.

  • Events and Program Support: Represent QCC/CSTEP at regional, statewide meetings and conferences. Assist director with hosting activities and events on evenings and weekends as needed. Assist director in planning and hosting educational excursions (university visits, industry experiences, service-learning activities, and educational outings.) and special events.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of two years of full-time professional experience in higher education or a comparable student-services environment, preferably in a student-facing office.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
