Boutique Hotel Bol traži odgovornu, komunikativnu i organiziranu osobu za radno mjesto recepcionara / recepcionarke za sezonu 2027.

Mjesto rada: Bol, otok Brač Razdoblje rada: 10. 5. – 3. 10. 2027.

Tim za sezonu 2027. počinjemo formirati već sada. Želimo pronaći ljude koji vole unaprijed planirati, cijene organiziranost i žele na vrijeme znati gdje će i pod kojim uvjetima raditi sljedeće sezone.

Tražimo osobu koja je pouzdana, samostalna i odgovorna te kojoj je važan kvalitetan odnos prema gostima, kolegama i poslu. Jednako tako, nama je važno da zaposlenici imaju korektan odnos, jasno definirane uvjete i dobro organizirano radno mjesto.

Opis poslova:

  • prijava i odjava gostiju
  • komunikacija s gostima prije, tijekom i nakon boravka
  • odgovaranje na telefonske i e-mail upite
  • rad u hotelskom rezervacijskom sustavu
  • vođenje i kontrola rezervacija
  • naplata usluga i izdavanje računa
  • pružanje informacija gostima
  • koordinacija s housekeepingom i ostalim odjelima
  • rješavanje svakodnevnih zahtjeva gostiju
  • briga o objektu

Od kandidata očekujemo:

  • visoku razinu odgovornosti i pouzdanosti
  • organiziranost i samostalnost
  • profesionalnu i ljubaznu komunikaciju
  • dobro znanje engleskog jezika
  • dobro snalaženje na računalu
