Als zorgkundige ondersteun je bewoners in hun dagelijkse leven en draag je bij aan een omgeving waarin zij zich veilig, gewaardeerd en thuis voelen. Je helpt bij de dagelijkse verzorging, observeert het welzijn van bewoners en werkt nauw samen met collega's, families en andere zorgprofessionals.

Jouw werk gaat verder dan zorg alleen. Je maakt tijd voor een gesprek, biedt een luisterend oor en leert bewoners echt kennen. Zo draag je bij aan een zinvolle dag en een hoge levenskwaliteit voor iedere bewoner.

Jouw rol bestaat onder andere uit:

  • ondersteunen van bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en comfort;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in het welzijn van bewoners;
  • samenwerken met verpleegkundigen en collega's binnen het multidisciplinair team;
  • bijdragen aan een warme, veilige en huiselijke leefomgeving;
  • opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie met bewoners en hun familie.

Je hebt een warm hart voor ouderen en haalt voldoening uit het ondersteunen van bewoners in hun dagelijks leven. Met jouw empathie, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en positieve ingesteldheid weet je vertrouwen op te bouwen bij bewoners, families en collega's. Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een warme en respectvolle woonomgeving.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een diploma en visum als zorgkundige;
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • affiniteit met ouderenzorg;
  • bereidheid om te werken volgens een variabel uurrooster;
  • een professionele en bewonersgerichte houding.
