Als zorgkundige sta je dicht bij onze bewoners en ondersteun je hen in hun dagelijkse leven. Je helpt hen bij de zorg die ze nodig hebben, maar hebt ook oog voor hun wensen, gewoontes en levenskwaliteit. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid voelen bewoners zich veilig, gewaardeerd en thuis.

Je maakt elke dag een zichtbaar verschil. Met een luisterend oor, een warme glimlach en respectvolle ondersteuning draag je bij aan het welzijn van bewoners en hun families. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat bewoners zo zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen blijven functioneren.

Jouw rol bestaat onder andere uit:

  • ondersteunen van bewoners bij de dagelijkse zorg en activiteiten
  • observeren van het welzijn van bewoners en signaleren van veranderingen
  • samenwerken met verpleegkundigen en andere collega's binnen het zorgteam
  • bijdragen aan een veilige, warme en huiselijke leefomgeving
  • opbouwen van een vertrouwensband met bewoners en hun familie

Je hebt een warm hart voor ouderen en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar persoonlijke aandacht centraal staat. Met jouw zorgzame houding, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en respectvolle aanpak weet je bewoners op hun gemak te stellen en draag je bij aan hun levenskwaliteit. Je werkt graag samen met collega's en stimuleert een positieve sfeer binnen het team.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een diploma en visum als zorgkundige
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • affiniteit met ouderenzorg
  • bereidheid om in een wisselend uurrooster te werken
  • een bewonersgerichte en professionele houding
