What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications, with a preference for HighJump environments.

  • Partner with external vendors to connect automation systems and ensure reliable data exchange across platforms.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and drive continuous system improvements.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve defects across integrated environments.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT teams, and third-party partners to deliver business-critical initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of best practices, standards, and governance for system development.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of warehouse and supply chain technology capabilities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of WMS development experience, preferably with HighJump.
  • Background working within supply chain, warehousing, or distribution environments.
  • Knowledge of integrating WMS platforms with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Understanding of APIs, middleware, and enterprise system integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies and vendor integrations.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of cloud-based WMS or TMS solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Exposure to automated deployments using GitHub and observability practices.

What Sets You Apart

  • Problem Solver: Approaches complex challenges with curiosity, persistence, and a focus on practical outcomes.
  • Collaborative Partner: Builds trusted relationships across business, technology, and vendor teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Continuous Improver: Seeks opportunities to enhance processes, performance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Customer-Focused Thinker: Keeps business impact and operational needs at the center of decision-making.
  • Ownership Mindset: Takes accountability for results and follows through on commitments from concept to delivery.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
