Buscamos un Consultor SAP Real Estate Senior para integrarse a un proyecto de implementación SAP S/4HANA bajo estrategia Greenfield, con una importante consultora como integrador. Será responsable del frente funcional de Real Estate (RE-FX / Contract & Lease Management) y trabajará en conjunto con los equipos de finanzas y otros módulos del proyecto. Principales responsabilidades: Levantar requerimientos de negocio relacionados con la gestión de contratos inmobiliarios y de arrendamiento. Parametrizar SAP RE-FX y los procesos de Contract & Lease Management en S/4HANA. Configurar y administrar contratos inmobiliarios y de arrendamiento. Asegurar la integración de Real Estate con los módulos FI/CO. Considerar los requerimientos de la normativa IFRS 16 en el diseño de la solución. Ejecutar pruebas funcionales y apoyar la validación de la solución con el cliente. Requisitos Requisitos excluyentes: Perfil Senior. Experiencia comprobable en SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management). Experiencia en SAP S/4HANA. Participación en implementaciones SAP Greenfield. Experiencia en configuración y administración de contratos inmobiliarios y de arrendamiento. Conocimiento de procesos de Contract & Lease Management (CLM). Experiencia en integración de SAP Real Estate con módulos FI/CO. Conocimiento de la normativa IFRS 16. Experiencia en levantamiento de requerimientos, parametrización y pruebas funcionales. Residencia en Chile (Santiago o alrededores). Disponibilidad full time para el proyecto, con duración referencial de 22 meses. Ventajas Participación en un proyecto de implementación SAP S/4HANA Greenfield. Asignación full time con duración referencial de 22 meses. Contrato indefinido. Modalidad híbrida en Santiago: mayor presencialidad al inicio del proyecto y luego aproximadamente 2 veces por semana o menos. Inicio estimado entre diciembre y enero.
