The posting

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives in Barranquilla to support international customer service operations.

This on-site opportunity is ideal for customer-focused professionals with strong English communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced BPO or customer support environment.

We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who can communicate professionally, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and adapt to structured processes while maintaining high service standards.

Compensation & Engagement

  • USD $5.57 per hour
  • Paid weekly in arrears
  • Independent Contractor engagement
  • Full-time, on-site opportunity in Barranquilla
  • Paid training
