With over 40 years of experience in custom kitting and clinical trial support, our Clinical Services team combines deep technical and regulatory expertise with a strong track record of delivering high‑quality products and tailored solutions that our customers trust.

How will you make an impact & Requirement

Profil pozice

Provádět jednotlivé úkoly (úkony) vedoucí ke kompletaci kitů pro klinický výzkum – označování, lepení štítků, balení, finální kontrola a kompletace dle zákaznických požadavků.

Klíčové odpovědnosti

  • Pracovat v souladu s firemní politikou, pracovními postupy, dodržovat instrukce práce a pravidelně se zúčastňovat firemních školení.
  • Dodržovat SOP (standardizované pracovní postupy), zakázky zákazníků na konkrétní výrobu a plány výroby.
  • Dodržovat předpisy dle příručky jakosti a platné legislativní předpisy.
  • Shromažďovat hromadné dodávky.
  • Potvrdit / evidovat produkty z výzkumu dle šarží.
  • Kontrola produktů během výrobního procesu pro vyloučení vadných produktů a okamžité hlášení zjištěných vad nadřízenému nebo oddělení kontroly kvality.
  • Příprava balení dle požadavků zákazníka.
  • Kontrola zabalených zásilek před odesláním dle objednávky zákazníka.
  • Poskytovat vynikající péči zákazníkovi zajištěním včasné a přesné výroby.
  • Připravit produkt dle zadání zákazníka a označit tento produkt dle dohodnutého způsobu a uvedením příslušných šarží.
  • Minimalizovat pochybení ve výrobě a případné problémy ihned oznámit nadřízenému
  • Asistence při značení a balení v případě potřeby.
  • Zaškolení nových pracovníků do výroby.
  • Zajištění kitů pro klinické studie a dalších kitů (např. diagnostických a kitů pro odběr vzorků). Plnění dalších přidělených úkolů.

Kvalifikace, znalosti a dovednosti

  • Střední vzdělání s výučním listem
  • Základní počítačové znalosti
  • 1-3 roky zkušeností s kompletací produktů
  • Dobré komunikační dovednosti
  • Schopnost samostatné práce nebo jako součást týmuZaměření na detail a přesnost
  • Ochota vzdělávat se, hledat a získat informace o komponentech výroby, a také o výrobním procesu

Tato pozice je na dobu určitou, a to na 12 měsíců, s ranními směnami.
