Sobre el servicio

Recepción y entrega de mercancías en los diferentes departamentos del hotel.

Responsabilidades

• Suministrar al hotel el material o género que necesitamos pedir a los proveedores.

• Verificar que el producto que entra y sale sea el solicitado (también pesarlo cuando sea necesario, verificar que el precio sea correcto y que llegue en buen estado).

• Resolver cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir con cualquier proveedor.

• Registrar los albaranes y facturas de los proveedores.

• Registrar las transferencias entre departamentos y preparar los pedidos.

• Solicitar cotizaciones y autorizaciones al Departamento de Compras para nuevos productos.

• Verificar diariamente las fechas de caducidad de los productos almacenados.

• Realizar comprobaciones y análisis oportunos si se detectan anomalías en el consumo.

• Realizar inventarios, calcular el consumo y controlar las desviaciones.

• Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos de APPCC.

• Aplicar buenas prácticas ambientales y de sostenibilidad.

A quién estamos buscando

Persona organizada, con gran capacidad de aprendizaje, trabajo en equipo, responsable, proactividad, flexibilidad para adaptarse a las necesidades del departamento, habilidades organizativas.

Conocimientos necesarios

• Gran capacidad de organización y trabajo en equipo

• Paquete MS Office

• Experiencia en puesto similar

• Carne de conducir

• Manipulador de alimentos APPCC

• Capacidad de resolución

Valorable

• Inglés

• Conocimiento de Avalon

• Facilidad de aprendizaje
