Our client is known for its sharp legal team, fast-paced growth, and strong focus on SIU (Special Investigations Unit) fraud cases. They’re looking for an Associate Attorney with a passion for trial work, curiosity for uncovering fraud, and the drive to take their career to the next level. Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of insurance fraud litigation matters from inception to resolution • Conduct and defend depositions • Argue motions and appear in court regularly • Strategically develop cases through detailed investigations and discovery • Collaborate with clients, SIU teams, and colleagues to build airtight defenses

• Litigation experience in insurance defense • Strong courtroom presence and confidence in litigation strategy • Investigative mindset and sharp analytical skills • Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performance environment
