Deine Mission

Als unser Circularity Operations Specialist unterstützt du unsere Circularity Manager im Tagesgeschäft rund um spannende Recyclingprojekte. Du fungierst als wichtiger Ansprechpartner für unsere europaweit agierenden Projektpartner und stellst eine sorgfältige Auftragsabwicklung in unserer Circularity-Plattform sicher.

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Partner in EMEA - von der Auftragsabwicklung (Anfragen, Entsorgungsaufträge, Fakturierung) bis zur Bearbeitung von Reklamationen - und sorgst dabei für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Du achtest im Tagesgeschäft auf die Einhaltung relevanter Compliance- und Dokumentationsanforderungen, z. B. bei Entsorgungsnachweisen und der Auftragsabwicklung.
  • Du übernimmst das Onboarding neuer Kliniken und Standorte - von der Einrichtung in der Plattform über die CO₂-Kalkulation bis zum pünktlichen Versand der Onboarding-Pakete.
  • Du behältst unseren Materialbestand in unseren Lagern im Blick, bestellst bei Bedarf nach und koordinierst die Lieferungen.
  • Du pflegst und bereinigst Stammdaten sowie Produktkataloge in unserer Circularity-Plattform (COS).
  • Du koordinierst dich mit unseren Transport- und Recyclingpartnern und löst operative Probleme bei Abholungen zeitnah, z. B. bei Terminverschiebungen oder Adress- und Zuständigkeitsklärungen.
  • Du koordinierst die Newsletterprozesse für unsere Partner und sorgst für eine sehr hohe Datenqualität.
  • Du identifizierst Schwachstellen, definierst Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und optimierst die operative Prozesskette ganzheitlich.

Was du mitbringst

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Idealerweise 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden oder logistischen Unternehmen oder alternativ im Controlling.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und trittst im Umgang mit Lieferanten, Dienstleistern und Kunden souverän auf.
  • Du gehst Aufgabenstellungen strukturiert an und hast ein Auge fürs Detail.
  • Du besitzt analytische Fähigkeiten und arbeitest gerne mit Kennzahlen. Mit Excel bzw. Google Sheets gehst du sicher um.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CRM-/Plattform-Systemen und anderen IT-Tools und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Tools ein.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und selbstorganisiert und bringst mehrere parallele Themen eigenständig zum Abschluss.
  • Auch bei kurzfristigen operativen Problemen, z. B. verpassten Abholungen oder Lieferverzögerungen, bewahrst du einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.

Ein Plus, aber kein Muss

  • Du bist offen für den Einsatz von KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag bzw. hast bereits erste Erfahrung damit.
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung mit der Automatisierung oder dem Aufbau operativer Prozesse.
  • Du sprichst weitere Sprachen.
