Respire Clinic zoekt een gedreven tandartsassistent(e).

Respire is een multidisciplinaire praktijk in Gent waar de link gelegd wordt tussen mondgezondheid en algemene gezondheid. Omdat de praktijk de praktijk blijft groeien zijn we op zoek naar een extra tandartsassistente.

Ben je communicatief vaardig, punctueel, georganiseerd en je hebt affiniteit met de medische wereld, dan is dit zeker iets voor jou!

Jouw taken:

· De tandarts en/of mondhygiëniste assisteren bij behandelingen aan de stoel

· Klaarzetten en opruimen van materiaal in de praktijkruimte

· Verantwoordelijk voor het hygiënebeleid in het kabinet en sterilisatieruimte

· Je begeleidt patiënten vanuit de wachtzaal naar de praktijkruimte

· Verzorgen van patiëntenadministratie en algemene secretariaatstaken

· Patiënten te woord staan zowel aan de balie als telefonisch

· Agendabeheer van alle artsen/paramedici

Profiel:

· Een diploma of ervaring in een medische omgeving zijn een sterk pluspunt

· Patiëntgericht: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en sociaal

· Je werkt nauwkeurig, stipt en ordelijk

· Je bent communicatief persoon, spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Goede kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.

· Je kan omgaan met stressvolle situaties

· Discretie is voor jou een evidentie

· Je bent vertrouwd met het omgaan met computers en je hebt administratieve vaardigheden

· Bloed en speeksel schrikken jou niet af

· Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen

· Je kan zelfstandig te werk gaan maar ben ook een team player
