Das Restaurant Krone befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten ehemaligen Doktorhaus und bietet ein einzigartiges Ambiente für kulinarische Erlebnisse in Zürich\-Altstetten. Die Krone ist bekannt für junge und innovative Gerichte mit regionalen und saisonalen Zutaten. Nebst dem modernen Angebot hat es aber auch für Klassiker wie das «Züri Gschnätzlets» im Pfännli. Die Gaststube mit 42 Sitzplätzen und das Stübli mit 22 Sitzplätzen eignen sich auch für private oder geschäftliche Festivitäten. Im weckt der grosse Garten mit Lounge, top eingerichteter Freiluftküche samt dem Big Feriengefühle.

Das Restaurant Krone gehört zur Stiftung Arbeitskette und ist ein Integrationsbetrieb. Die Stiftung betreibt seit 1994 Gastronomiebetriebe in Zürich und Schlieren. Als operative Stiftung mit rund 100 Fachpersonen engagieren wir uns für die soziale und berufliche Integration von Lernenden und Mitarbeitenden mit einer Leistungsbeeinträchtigung und bieten rund 165 leistungsangepasste Ausbildungs\- und Arbeitsplätze an.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Stellvertretung bei Abwesenheit von Bereichsleiter Service
  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf
  • Betreuung der Gäste, von Platzierung bis Verabschiedung
  • Führen der beeinträchtigten Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden
  • Durchführung der täglichen Servicebesprechungen
  • Durchführung der täglichen Tagesabschlüsse via Lightspeed
  • Schulung und Weiterbildung der beeinträchtigten Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften
  • Bestellung von Getränken und Non\-food Artikel

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Grundbildung im Service, sowie agogische Berührungspunkte
  • Weiterbildung im agogischen Bereich und Berufsbildner\-Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis im à la carte Service
  • Sichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Verkaufstalent und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Eine offene Persönlichkeit mit guten Umgangsformen und gepflegtem Auftreten
  • Eine starke Belastbarkeit und hohe Flexibilität sowie eine sehr genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Einwandfreier Leumund (Strafregister\- und Sonderprivatauszüge werden bei Stellenantritt verlangt)
