Gesucht: Arbeitsagoge/Sozialpädagoge 40-60% (m/w/d)

Der Verein Cosmea hat vor rund 20 Jahren das Restaurant Loë gegründet als integrativen Arbeitsplatz für Menschen mit einer psychischen Erkrankung. Zur Zeit arbeiten 20 Menschen mit IV Rente bei uns, dies in verschiedenen Bereichen und Pensen.

Als Arbeitsagoge/in spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden bei der Bewältigung beruflicher Herausforderungen und der Förderung ihres persönlichen Wachstums.

\\Aufgaben:\\

\- Individuelle Betreuung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden in ihrem beruflichen Umfeld

\- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von maßgeschneiderten Trainings- und Förderprogrammen

\- Begleitung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden in schwierigen Arbeitssituationen

\- Förderung eines positiven Arbeitsklimas und einer offenen Kommunikationskultur

\\Anforderungen:\\

\- Abgeschlossene soziale Ausbildung im Bereich Agogik, Psychologie oder vergleichbar

\- Weiterbildungen sind von Vorteil

\- Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell auf neue Situationen einzustellen

\- Empathie und Kreativität im Umgang mit Menschen

\- Kreativität und Innovationsfreude bei der Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen

\- Positive Grundeinstellung und Bereitschaft, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
