The posting

Ter versterking van ons Rodeo sterrenteam in Eindhoven zijn wij op zoek naar zowel parttime als fulltime medewerkers voor in ons restaurant! Ervaring is gewenst, maar zeker niet noodzakelijk. Wat je niet kan, leren wij je graag.

Wat ga je doen?

Je gaat een heleboel verschillende dingen doen. Dat maakt het werk ook afwisselend en interessant. Samen met je collega’s vorm je een team en ben je als medewerker bediening ons visitekaartje. Je hebt een vriendelijke uitstraling, je bent gastvrij en flexibel. Ook jij draagt de visie van ons bedrijf uit en je kent onze historie. Je denkt mee en zorgt dat alles klaarstaat voor een snelle en soepele service. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten zich welkom voelen en volop kunnen genieten van de heerlijke drankjes, hapjes en alles wat wij op dat moment te bieden hebben. Je hebt oog voor detail en je dekt de tafels mooi in en voorziet ze van ons persoonlijke Rodeo tintje.

Wat hebben we jou te bieden?

We zien graag dat je groeit. Ook al begin je misschien als runner en haal je de tafels uit. Weet je nog niet wat het werk van een goede bartender inhoudt? We helpen je het vak eigen te maken. Wellicht groei je uiteindelijk uit als assistent-bedrijfsleider of zelfs meer. Met de juiste inzet en houding is niets onmogelijk bij ons.

Je werkt in een jong en enthousiast team. Je ontvangt een marktconform salaris met veel doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je werkt in een inspirerende omgeving midden in het centrum van Eindhoven. Uiteraard bieden we de ruimte om cursussen of opleidingen te volgen. Lange werkrelaties zijn bij ons geen uitzonderingen. Wat vragen wij?

Werken in de horeca vereist flexibiliteit en hard werken. Natuurlijk begrijp jij dat werken in het weekend, tijdens vakanties en op feestdagen hierbij hoort. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en je werktijden zijn in overleg met je leidinggevende. Je geeft zelf aan wanneer je er kunt zijn en wij maken je rooster dan.

  2. een goed betaalde (bij)baan zoekt;
  3. doorgroeien en werken aan jezelf minstens zo belangrijk vind;

Niet alleen versterking met een flinke dosis horeca ervaring is welkom maar ook als je er graag alles over wil leren! Werken in de horeca vereist flexibiliteit en hard werken. Natuurlijk begrijp jij dat werken in het weekend, tijdens vakanties en op feestdagen hierbij hoort. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en je werktijden zijn in overleg met je leidinggevende. Wanneer je er bent geef je zelf aan, wij maken je rooster dan.

  • ben jij 16 jaar of ouder;
  • ben je bereid om 16 uur of meer per week te willen werken;
  • en beheers (spreken) je de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal;
