Forts de notre présence sur l'ensemble du territoire et d'une équipe engagée, nous plaçons la qualité, l'efficacité et le respect de l'humain au cœur de nos priorités.Rejoindre Äresto, c'est intégrer une entreprise dynamique, fondée sur des valeurs fortes : responsabilité, solidarité, professionnalisme et épanouissement collectif.Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un Chef de cuisine (H/F/X) en CDI, temps plein, pour un poste en horaires continus, du lundi au vendredi sur le secteur Nord (Diekirch).Vos responsabilités :o Travailler en étroite collaboration avec votre responsable de secteur et votre équipe de cuisine.o Superviser votre brigade et coordonner les tâches de chacun.o Veiller à la maintenance de la cuisine et à la bonne utilisation des équipements.o Assurer la gestion des stocks, des commandes et du coût matière.o Piloter la production culinaire dans le respect des standards de qualité.o Gérer la qualité, les coûts, ainsi que les tâches administratives liées au site (facturation, pointage, etc.).o Réaliser des recettes variées en respectant les normes établies et les besoins nutritionnels.o Participer activement au service, en assurant l'approvisionnement fluide des plats.o Veiller au respect strict des normes HACCP et à leur bonne application sur le terrain.o Garantir une gestion responsable des déchets, notamment par l'application rigoureuse du tri sélectif.Les compétences requises :o Être titulaire d'un diplôme ou certificat en cuisine (ou équivalent) – obligatoire.o Justifier d'au moins 4 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.o Avoir une expérience confirmée en restauration collective.o Maîtriser les principes liés aux allergènes, les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.o Être à l'aise avec les outils bureautiques, notamment Word et Excel.Ce que nous vous proposons :• Un contrat à durée indéterminée, garantissant une stabilité et une sécurité professionnelle.• Des avantages groupe attractifs, à découvrir en détail sur notre site.• Des programmes de formation sur mesure, pour développer vos compétences et accompagner votre progression.• De réelles perspectives d'évolution avec des opportunités de carrière au sein de notre entreprise.Vous vous reconnaissez dans cette offre ?
