We are looking for a seasoned, highly skilled and professional Receptionist for Retail Group, Botswana's Largest Multi-Branded Food Services Franchisor.

Your Roles and Responsibilities Include:

As the first point of contact for the company, we would require you to deliver on (but not limited to) the following:

  • To receive, assist and direct guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, transferring to relevant personnel and taking messages.
  • Co-ordinates the sending and receiving of goods and mail, maintaining all necessary records.
  • Updates office calendar, boardroom bookings and maintaining office contacts.
  • Maintaining tidiness of the reception area.
  • Additional clerical functions as needed.

Your Secret Recipe to Our Future Success?

As the ideal candidate you must have :-

  • A suitable certificate in Secretarial Studies and/or Administration
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Must be computer literate
  • Strong communication, professional and interpersonal skills
