Vi söker en ambitiös och engagerad Butikschef som vill växa och utvecklas tillsammans med oss. Som Butikschef hos Specsavers får du en central roll där du aktivt coachar ditt team och driver verksamheten mot gemensamma mål. Rollen som Butikschef I rollen arbetar du operativt tillsammans med ditt team av optiker och assistenter. Du har helhetsansvar för den dagliga driften, personalutveckling och försäljning. Ditt fokus är att skapa en inspirerande arbetsmiljö och säkerställa att våra kunder och patienter alltid får service i världsklass.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden: Kundupplevelse: Säkerställa att varje kund får expertis och omsorg med fokus på synhälsa, samt bygga starka, långsiktiga kundrelationer. Ledarskap: Leda, motivera och coacha butiksteamet för att nå försäljningsmål och leverera exceptionell service. Drift: Ansvara för den dagliga butiksdriften, inklusive personalplanering, inventering och löpande administration. Vi söker dig som: Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av ledarskap (erfarenhet från optikbranschen eller detaljhandeln är meriterande men inget krav). Är resultatorienterad, initiativtagande och har en stark inre drivkraft att nå och överträffa mål. Besitter en positiv och inspirerande attityd som sprider energi och arbetsglädje i teamet.
